dbdok Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the dbdok platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "Player"). By registering on dbdok or using the platform in any way, you unconditionally accept all provisions of these Terms.

dbdok operates with the aim of providing a safe and fair online gaming environment. Through SSL encryption technology and fair play principles, we ensure the security of every player's information and transactions.

These Terms are written in Bengali. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on dbdok, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username, password) completely confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized use of your account or any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Log out at the end of every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Allowing anyone else to play on your account is prohibited.

dbdok will not be liable for any loss resulting from negligence with login credentials. However, we are always committed to keeping your account secure.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on dbdok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
• Once a deposit is completed, the balance is generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious activity is detected, dbdok reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dbdok offers a welcome bonus for new players: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit amount.

• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 25.
• Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus balance may be cancelled.
• Some games may be partially or fully excluded from wagering calculations.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies once per account and once per household.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• dbdok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse or manipulation of a promotional offer is found, the associated account will be terminated.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on dbdok are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed during gameplay.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and follow no predetermined pattern.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, dbdok may void the result of that game.
• dbdok reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting game rules or technical failures in an unusual manner.
• For sports betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the result is saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.

7 Responsible Gaming

dbdok believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We are aware of and committed to the wellbeing of our players.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbdok and may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of someone else.
• Money laundering or any activity related to illegal funds.
• Playing games through fraudulent or manipulative methods.
• Using unusual betting patterns to meet bonus offer requirements.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Registering an account or conducting transactions using false information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

dbdok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any provision of these Terms is violated.
• Information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Fraud or cheating is suspected.
• Identity verification has not been completed.
• On the instruction of a regulatory authority.

If an account is closed and a valid balance exists with no proven violation, that amount will be returned. Bonus balances will always be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

dbdok provides its services on an "as is" basis and without any guarantees. dbdok will not be liable for the following:

• Issues caused by internet connection loss or the user's device.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical errors.
• Loss caused by cyberattacks or hacking, provided dbdok has taken reasonable security measures.

In any circumstance, dbdok's maximum liability will be limited to the amount involved in that specific transaction.

12 Dispute Resolution

3. A final decision will be communicated after the necessary investigation.
